• Oversee all aspects of financial planning & analysis and support in building business strategy and driving execution.• Financial planning: Prepare financial forecast and budget (PL/BS/CF/CAPEX), support Head of Departments to build and execute the Company’s long-term strategy.• Reporting and analysis: Periodic and ad-hoc report and analyze on Company’s financial performance for both local and regional stakeholders, including but not limited to sales & profitability performance, working capital, store performance, etc.• Monitor financial performance including expenditure (both Capex and Opex) and evaluate their Return on Investment (ROI)• Business partnering: Provide insights & analysis for better business decision making; partner with business to build and implement initiatives for growth• F-Study: Conduct feasibility studies for new store opening and new investments/projects.• Manage and develop team members

Reporting - Prepare Monthly reporting for our local entities (Sales/P&L/Headcount/Personnel Cost/AR/ CAPEX/Others PnL lines for Indochina)- Prepare consolidated Finance KPIs and reports for Indochina (Sales reports) for GEM and CHC- Control the Credit management for Indochina (A/R, DSO) for GEM and CHC- Improve reliability of financial reporting.Planning- Coordinate Indochina forecast process (Budget / F1 / F2 / LRP) including consolidation of all relevant GTN in P&L lines (Sales/Revenue/Rebate/Discount...), upload into group systems and preparation of presentation packages- Consolidation of Monthly Sales Reports for Indochina( TM, Landing, Final Sales)Financial Performance Management:- Prepare monthly key performance indicators reports with detailed analysis and comments based on BU controllers feedbacks (Sales In and Sales out for both GEM and CHC)- Continuous tracking of Sales (vs. Budget / F1 / F2/ LRP) in order to provide feedback to the management- Continuous tracking of HC&PC/AR/DSO/CAPEX ( vs. Budget / F1 / F2/ previous year), work closly with HR, Treasury team, in order to provide feedback to the managementFinancial Communication :- Coordination with other teams to ensure smooth closing and reporting process as well as proper flow of information (with Accounting, HR, Treasury, Supply Chain, Sales, Controlling ...)- Be the contact point for regional controllers regarding financial performance- Prepare ad-hoc tasks for the management to support the performance analysis- Be one of the contact point of master data management in TM1 system.Systems- Key user for SAP, HFM, Marco, TM1, SOLAR

• Manage a portfolio of listed and multinational companies, groups in various industries including real estate, manufacturing and consumer goods; and deliver high quality audit and assurance services.• Evaluate the budget and time requirements to ensure that proper resources are allocated and fee are reasonably proposed.• Design audit strategy and conduct to address the business and audit risks by well understanding of client business• Review internal control process to conclude on its effectiveness and identify internal control weaknesses to recommend necessary changes for improvement.• Draft and review separate and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).• Major point of contact between the firm and client, including responding to client requests/needs, keeping client informed of progress in relation to the services being provided.• Deliver training, mentor and provide feedback on performance of audit staffs.
