This has included turnarounds, near shoring, strategic sourcing, alignment with corporate initiatives, manufacturing automation, restructuring, process improvements, sustainability initiatives, technology upgrades, and complex problem solving.A few highlights include:- Reducing inventory and shortening lead time by moving warehouses closer to production- Managing large budgets for development and raw materials- Leading multi-site operations with up to 4,500 employees- Reducing voluntary employee turnover by 15 percentage points - Achieving a 32 percentage point increase in efficiency after restructuring When I’m not at work, you’ll often find me pursuing my passion for woodworking—and in the past I’ve enjoyed giving back by teaching woodworking to the next generation at a summer camp in New Hampshire.
