The development and implementation of several network management systems.Radiator: a highly flexible RADIUS server management interface for use under license by local and national ISPsCAPSized: a Controlled Access Point system Manager (CAPsMAN) interface and management system for Mikrotik RouterOS - to simplify the configuration, client authentication and data forwarding for wireless networks.Chimera: A router discovery, monitoring and configuration backup system for large networks.

I developed a retail industry application that provided access to security, performance, and analytics data from AI cameras. Authenticated users could configure and view metrics and events. The web interface allowed login via an IP address and utilized a Role-Based Access Control system. The interface connected to the backend server through a REST API, which interfaced with remote APIs. The interface ran on a LEMP stack hosted on the HQ Server, with data stored in InfluxDB and displayed using Grafana. Features included metrics overview, event alerts, and various functionalities such as store and camera management, report creation, and POS fraud detection. My responsibilities involved web interface development, backend integration, RBAC implementation, data storage, and feature implementation.

Development and implementation of marketing strategies for a real estate, construction, solar and cabinetry group, during which time the company grew from 12 employees to over 400. I also developed a supply chain management system to facilitate construction site ordering, purchasing, accounting and logistics for building materials.

We developed a drag and drop responsive web design framework (EZBlocks) alongside a multi-level-marketing platform (including a comprehensive training system, full CRM and social posting systems). The system was also to automatically host new websites built with the EZBlocks system including DNS management and performance scaling.

Initially employed as a systems analyst for a day I suggested some simple steps to increase the productivity from 6 books a year to over 20. In the following fortnight I developed a functional prototype to automate the collection and management of books from Archive.org and Google Books. This resulted in the company changing directions and becoming the largest content aggregator on Amazon, publishing thousands of books per week.

The company started life as Hungry Bear and was the first High Street web development and graphics design company. As IT Director I was responsible for a team of web developers, in house system design and development, and local network infrastructure development and maintenance. I also took the lead in website development and automation system development. As we expanded we relocated to Northampton and seized the opportunity re-brand into The Graphics Hub where we handled larger marketing campaigns for clients such as Holiday Inn, EBS Mobile and EBS Telecoms.
