-Investigate suspicious activity and behavior that could pose a risk to our customers on the Project EU websites- Investigating the order details and estimate the risk involved and also if there's a possible fraudulent on the given transaction- Communicate effectively with via email and/or telephone with our Buyers, merchants and internal customers to analyse risk- Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends- Consistently achieve/exceed weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations

• End to End product data set up for Tesco Direct website for Categories catalogue book launches within time guidelines• Maintaining the product data quality in Tesco Website.• Providing analytical insight to demonstrate data value and the impacts of poor data quality on the business, customers & colleagues• Enriching content on the website to improve customer experience (for example left hand navigation)• Interacting with commercial teams (Web trading, Trade planner, Buyer, Merchandiser, stock controller etc) to ensure that the product goes live on website within the critical path with rich content.• Liaising with IT to investigate issues (Upstream/Downstream system issue) for data flow failure• Working on weekly and monthly BAU and Metadata projects ensuring 100% accuracy.• Working with customer service desk to solve customer queries related to category and helping resolve as required• Following the escalation matrix to ensure critical path is achieved regarding Product set up on website.• Working/Deciding on the fuel prices comparing the same with competitors.
