Spearheaded project to establish 100K sq. ft. East Coast distribution center from site selection to fully operational state. Led multi-million-dollar IT project implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) software packages as well as Customer Relations Management (CRM) software. Increased supply chain resiliency and reliability while managing operations departments such as purchasing, receiving, production planning, quality control, assembly, distribution, customer service, and IT.Some key accomplishments include:● Improved overall operational efficiency by overseeing multi distribution center and 3PL assembly and manufacturing operations with $200M net revenue and over 250 employees.● Delivered exceptional leadership to support growth from $60m to $200m in annual revenue by directing assembly, warehouse, and distribution operations improvements via Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and ISO techniques.● Implemented Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) programs across all departments, which resulted in faster shipping speed, shorter production lead times on custom orders, faster issue resolution, reduction in quality issues, and improved customer satisfaction.● Directed incorporation of multiple new brands and product categories into warehousing and distribution network.● Controlled P&L across 14 budget categories and handled RFPs, contracts, and pricing negotiations with component vendors, 3PL providers, and domestic and international freight providers.
