Performed physical, virtual and application inventories of several thousand HP Blade Servers and IBM Enterprise Servers and all related hardware, operating systems and applications, to include Windows, Netware, Linux and VMware Hosts and Clients. Analysis of the virtualization of as many servers as possible. Created and administered two Access Databases for Durham and Atlanta Data Centers. Created Access and SQL database queries and reports to extract data from perpetually changing external data sources: Sharepoint Database updates and inventory progress reporting in Excel. Technical writing of procedural documentation. Daily conference calls with the client and vendors regarding completion status. Project management.

Performed warranty HP desktop and laptop hardware diagnoses, cross-ships and repairs, StorageTek and SecureSync GFS Backup Tape Operations, and countless technology-related tasks on demand.

As a member of the FXtransact Migration Team, under the Global Foreign Exchange Technology Group of Bank of America, provided technical and managerial support to international financial managers, facilitating the remote installation and configuration of new modules of FXtransact, a Java-based international currency exchange trading application. Developed Access Database for migration completion status tracking. Technical support, customer service, project management.

[Contracted through Team Technology, Inc. through Exervio Consulting]. As a member of the Merlin Teller Conversion Team, for the Change Management Department of Bank of America, provided operational, procedural, technical, and administrative support to branch banking management and HP field engineers throughout a six-month teller hardware and software platform conversion of 15 or more banking centers a day.

[For Novant Health]. Wall-mounted Windows XP Workstations and LCD's in medical offices throughout North and South Carolina. Configured network and kiosk software for remote administration and updates.

[For SunTrust Bank, following its acquisition of Central Carolina Bank]. Throughout The Piedmont Region of NC, performed upgrades of PC memory, network laser printers, and banking center hardware. Installed new Windows XP Ghost images of teller applications platform, and tested the application platform.

[Contracted through Dimensions International]. Provided server, workstation, and networking service, technical support and training to employees throughout The Washington DC Department of Health, The Environmental Health Administration, The Watershed Protection Division, and The DC Office of the Corporation Counsel. Served as a key member of the on-site Help Desk Support Team.

Administered Novell Netware-based LAN, and supported proprietary Foxpro-based application, Leaseware, for a major truck-leasing company. Server administration, Seagate Software Backup Exec tape backups, Y2K testing, and integration of programming changes.
