This required: cultivating strong relationships with senior business and IT leaders, including C-suite; developing a deep understanding of the line’s business objectives; creating IT strategy in support of those objectives and in alignment with broader IT and enterprise strategies; and coordinating all aspects of IT service and project delivery required to execute on strategy.
