With today’s emphasis on Customer Service, making sure customers are satisfied. I feel that my first step in making our company’s external customers happy is to improve the overlooked practice of making sure my internal customers are satisfied and happy. I do my best to achieve this by making sure the production areas I support (my customers) have the proper tools to work with. Seeing to it that their prints, work instructions and other supporting documentation are current, concise and consistent.I have a committed desire for safety, quality, ISO, OSHA, and continuous improvement through lean methodologies. I use my technical knowledge, manufacturing skills, ethical judgment, integrity, ingenuity and personal professionalism to help create a positive internal culture. Ultimately working towards the idea that happy workers make happy customers.
