Planning, organizing, scheduling the activities using Primavera P6 and monitoring the progress at site and updating the baseline program accordingly on monthly and weekly basis.2. Timely alarming Project Manager regarding the delays occurring at site from our side and from contractor side and its effects on our completion date of the project.3. Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to client/ consultant.4. Monitor progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work.5. Assist the Project Manager in the formulation of strategy and activity plans to achieve the projectobjectives.6. Preparing the site plan consistent with the requirements and availability of the drawings, specifications, target dates and definitive estimate.7. Develop and maintain plans and schedules deliverables at all levels of management with inputs from engineering, procurement and construction.8. Preparing cash flow chart and the Resource histogram, resource estimation, activity duration estimation.

PROJECT: SAUDI ARAMCO ON SHORE MAINTAIN POTENTIAL PROJECTTo perform installation of all phases of well sites, flow lines, trunk lines, laterals, headers, manifolds, transfer lines and any other pipelines with all associated facilities, such as instrumentation, communication, SCADA, fencing, site preparation, civil work, and buildings in Southern Area.RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Responsible to create, update and maintain data using Primavera P6 software for Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control Using techniques like Earned Value Management, Critical Path Method etc.2. Developing Project S-Curve & Labor Histogram for Direct & Sub-Contractors.3. Compiling Weekly & Monthly Work Progress Reports using Spreadsheets & identify items of Concerns and develop lists of actions to ensure project delivery to schedule.4. Reviewing the planning and scheduling of work on current projects to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced and completed.5. Monthly Progress invoice preparation and explanation, physical verification and obtaining approval for further processing.6. Preparing & developing all the necessary list of documents, finalizing as-built quantities with client & ensure project closure with client efficiently.

SCADA DEPARTMENTRESPONSIBILITIES:1. Understanding the SCADA system used in the work environment, different pressure transmitters used in site areas and telecommunication System used by respective company.2. Performed basics tasks on pressure transmitters, solved & implement electric circuit problems and has hands on experience few site operations.3. SNGPL awarded certificate for internship.
