About Aaron Coe

I provide Security/Telecommunications design and consulting services at Hargis Engineers, a leading AEC engineering firm with a global and industry-wide presence. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Seattle Pacific University, where I led junior and senior design teams, was on the directorship of an SAE competition team, and received the engineering department leadership award. After work, I exercise my right brain as the principal trumpet in two symphonies and am regularly engaged to assemble and direct professional music ensembles (I play in ten groups). I additionally serve as the president of the board of directors of the Seattle Festival Orchestra, a non-profit organization. At Hargis Engineers, my team sets the industry standard for security and telecommunications systems design, consulting, and construction administration services for clients in every sector. Previously, I was an Electrical Design Engineer at Emerald City Engineers, where I gained valuable experience with the full life cycle of construction design, client engagement, cross-disciplinary coordination, contract documents, code consulting, workload forecasting, project management, et cetera. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I enjoy working on challenging and diverse projects that require creativity and problem-solving. I value teamwork, communication, and quality, and I strive to deliver solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the stakeholders.
