-Provide global technical support on March supplied products and/or peripherals using documented procedures and available tools to the point of installation and basic use, or to the level of service appropriate for use by the end customers-Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue-Prioritize, schedule problems, use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical/networking defects/issues-Evaluate and recommend integration solutions based on client preferences/requirements. Provide clients with post-installation and integration support based on the network infrastructure-Work closely and escalate problems (when required) to the appropriate team on R&D-Actively support the customers in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated-Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organisation-Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved-Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the company database and the Internet to aid in problem resolution-Acquired knowledge on Digital Video Recorder (DVR), Network Video Recorder (NVR), Analog/IP cameras, use of Analytics integrated with the applications to improve performance and profitability-Acquired knowledge on 'Security' involved in network management and infrastructure support-Comply with scheduled adherence to ensure overall service level targets are achieved-Maintain knowledge of March Networks product line and service offerings along with future industry products and technologies
