MARK ISAACI have been a customer service training professional for over twenty eight years. I specializes in customer retention, employee engagement, time management and leadership communication. I have traveled extensively working with companies to create a customer experience in the financial, construction, healthcare, telecommunications, and hospitality industries to name a few. I have conducted seminars in front of hundreds of attendees, workshops with company management and leadership teams, as well as one-on-one coaching.
