When I think back on my career, I feel like I'm a different person from even just 5 years ago. I know my adventures aren't starting from scratch, but from experience. As the VP of Operations over the Apartment Division, I saw our company's growth come from less than 400 units managed to over 4,000 in less than 3 years. As a Regional Manager, I managed a portfolio of luxury apartment communities designed to meet the demand for upscale living and offer the most modern conveniences. I also worked in synergy with other Regional Managers and our Vice Presidents to achieve the highest Net Operating Income for my sites. I was a support in new development activities and positive broker and owner relationship management.
