 Accountable for coordination of business, education, reporting and compliance of the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and Foundation Board of Trustees. Assist in privacy and HIPAA compliance matters including audits, breach notifications, reporting and resolution. Plan and coordinate annual board and committee meeting calendars, agendas, presentations and communications. Execute project management systems, databases, and documents to track metrics and timelines and assist in preparation of executive presentations to provide regular updates on departmental operations, workflow, volumes, and growth. Develop departmental policies, organization charts, rosters and term information to ensure adherence to all required processes, practices, and operations. Develop, support, and maintain ongoing working relationships with all Trustees and coordinate and execute all required board and committee meetings, events and retreats. Liaise new board member candidates and facilitate new trustee orientation and other required board education and training. Develop and maintain educational materials, including web-based information, to promote education and awareness of our organizational mission.

 Work with insurance companies to provide pertinent clinical information to coordinate prior authorization, resulting in timely and proper compensation for the practice. Ability to convey complex clinical diagnoses and diagnostic testing procedures to patients and insurance providers. Implement new procedures and protocols to expedite the prior authorization process.Proficient in E- Clinical Works
