Develop and execute the cost down proposal.• Drive the suppliers to implement the component quality plan to optimize quality cost and material availability.• Drive the quality, design, factory, planning team and supplier to resolve the problem and ensure the on-time delivery.• Implement the VMI process, set up and monitor the stock level.• Manage the factory buyers in dot line, support accomplishing the supplier daily commitment.• Control the excess with planning team and suppliers, negotiate and dispose the liability, manage the care supply and scrap the tooling.• Develop the new supplier, manage the existed suppliers and supplier relationship, and provide the input to the supplier data base.• Verify the new technology in the industry.
