Inside Sales/Marketing: Greet prospective residents, determine needs and preferences, professionally presents community and show apartments suitable for prospect’s needs while communicating features and benefits. Explain pricing and lease terms, application requirements and process rental applications. . Develop and maintain marketing plans, flyers, outreach marketing, area information, locators and other marketing information and perform outside marketing. Design ads, update marketing websites, and follow up on customer leads. Assist Manager in preparation and input of daily and weekly traffic into the on-site rental system (MRI), activity and reporting, resident communication, move-out inventory, and market surveys. Create, Coordinate and execute monthly Resident events.Administration: Answer phone calls, set appointments, accept payments, AR/AP/Lease accounting & bank deposits. Handle all incoming service requests for residents and dispatch maintenance. Set up and maintain accurate files including all lease applications, leases and addenda, and resident correspondence including financial and background information for applicants Maintain office supplies, organize and file appropriate reports, leases and paperwork. Create, and distribute resident communication including monthly newsletter, renewals, and quarterly and annual maintenance requirements.
