Retail BackOffice & Operations Specialist for Austria, Germany and SwitzerlandIn this position I have both internal and external clients. Ascommunication liaison between sales and marketingI support both departments regarding to customer orders, enquiries and problems.I prepare reports and analyses in relation to sales and marketingtopics.I am the first point of contact for retail customers in Austria, Germanyand Switzerland in cases of orders, billing informationand disputes. I receive, analyse and register technicaland financial requests from the customer.My tasks include shipment tracking, order management,validation of invoices and credit notes relating toorders and services of Microso.

I'm taking care of customer orders form Austria and Europe concerning whole units and spare parts as well, following through the process from ordering until invoicing. My tasks involve handling the dispute and problem cases as well.

My task was to resolve any dispute between customers and IGF/IBM that related to a lease contract including issuing revised invoice or credit notes.Parallel to the DRO role I managed the leasing portfolio for all special and governmental customers.

My role was to register and amend the End of Lease decisions, issue invoices and credit notes related to the leasing contracts, organize and track the return of leasing assets.

I was responsible for the Incoming Travel Segment. I managed clients in Germany, Sweden, USA, Norway, Holland and Italy, organized accommodation and program offers and did invoicing and payment collection as well.
