With 20 years experience across technology sectors Paul has spent the last decade focussed on HealthTech and TechBio. As CCO he helped launch the UK’s first private Telehealth company before becoming Chief Product and Chief Business Officer at Ada Health, a broad based diagnostic AI and Medical Device that became the world’s leading health app with over 14m users and enterprise engagements with health systems in Germany and the US. Today Paul works with founding teams and Boards across the healthcare spectrum both in the UK and US. This includes Mental Health as the Chair of the Cardinal Clinic, Hospital at Home and AI Patient Management as a Board Director and Advisor to Veta Health (US), and TechBio helping CLM to create their first Drug Digital combination product. Outside of Human Health Paul co-founded and chairs Pickles.co, a disruptive vertically integrated Veterinary and Pet Care proposition that successfully launched its first site this year. Before HealthTech, Paul was Group CEO and partner at KBS Albion - a boutique consultancy group with a specialist offer in innovation and fast growth. Over 10 years Albion developed the Product Experiences and Value Propositions that helped scale the likes of Skype, Betfair, King.com, and Zoopla alongside pioneering corporate venturing in the UK; building corporate start-ups like giffgaff for Telefonica.Paul has worked in and across Europe and the US extensively as well as leading key engagements and joint ventures in China and the Middle East.
