- Finance Business Partner for cluster Sales and Marketing directors, as well as regional sales managers;- Business development consulting for both Marketing and Sales department;- Budgeting, Monthly R&O update, monthly closure process controlling;- Automation of recurring processes - (time saving vs prior process -80% on average)

- Finance business partner for Manufacturing and Logistic director- Leading from Finance department investment projects (production lines, new warehouse building, other investments) - over 20 successful projects- Validating from Finance perspective production and logistic efficiency projects (recipe changes, process changes, stock management) - average annual saving of >100 mln RUB; average stock value decreased by >10%- Organizing of month closure process transfer to shared service - managed to fully transfer the process within 3 months (including post-transfer period)- Controlling of month closure and budgeting/R&O processes with focus in automation of recurring activities - time spending for month closure decreased by >15%

- Consulting and full scope of Audit, mainly subsidiaries of German Holdings (incl. leader of heating industry, Mining and Processing Plants, production complexes)- Due Diligence, Transfer Pricing and other projects (incl. building of plants, production facilities reallocation, M&A preparation)

Regular communication with foreign hospitals, both on English and German languages, Leading insurance cases, organizing help procedures.
