Looking for a challenging position E&I QC in a well reputed organization.Functional test of DCS, RTU and PLC panel• Operate station Honey well Experion PkS, Control edge builder, Invensys Triconex Tri station 3103, Yokogawa Foxboro • Working on STA (safety trip alarm) System .• Working on Pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Flow Transmitter Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges & Sensor, Level Gauge.• Working on various type of control panel Trouble shooting.• Modify control logic as per the requirement.• Drawings review GA, P&ID, Isometric, schematic, logic single line wiring diagram, Instrument hook up.• Hot & Cold Loop Testing OPTF, Annuli Riser & Gas Modular Skid.• Operate SSV,SSSV valve oil and gas Well .• Working on Well Head Shutdown Panel .• Working on Spec Break Valve and HIPPS valve .• FAT Test OPTF, Annuli Riser & Gas Modular Skid witness by Third Party Inspection.• Prepare and maintain record for daily routine maintenance works in log book.• Commissioning of well head control panel Oil field And Gas field .• Working with ARAMCO PMT team and third party inspectors. • punch point closing and witness client.• Commissioning of oil and gas monitoring skid, Chemical injection skid Onshore.• commissioning projects Area.
