 Asst. shop manger :1. Manage and drive the performance of the employee.2.Provide support to team for training on specific information related to brands3. Weekly Schedule.16.Train new employee. Financial Controls and Profitability Management Tasks :1-Communicate target and objectives for shops (daily, weekly and monthly) with shops managersand seek maximize shops sales.2- Review KPI’s (Daily Sales vs budgets, Stock Reports etc) daily and communicate to ShopManagers as necessary,and discuss the results with the manger.3- Review the overall performance of staff with shops manager monthly4- Conduct competitors’ surveyand share with division head. Stock Management :1-Participate in inventory and be part of planning for the next season.2- Review stock availability across all shops and ensure proper rotation of stocks between location3- Provide feedback about customer feedback related to brand and stocks to direct manager. Customer Service Management :1-Conduct customer intercepts and get feedback from customers about quality of services.2- Review customer complaints and provide support appropriately in addition to communicate asnecessary to manager.3-Ensure proper aftersales services and customers receive their products on time and in goodquality. Team Management :1-Maintain and enhance the skills of team and getting the best out of them.2- Ensure teams are trained and coached on selling skills, merchandising &outstanding CustomerService
