I’m a high-energy entrepreneurial leader with repeated, proven experience helping leadership teams get what they want from their business and from life. I found EOS during the greatest challenge of my professional life. This system (EOS) rescued me from a tsunami of external and internal factors that felt out of control. It helped me rise above that and future storms to see things with new perspective--to see that my business would be strengthened and consistently grow by mastering the “Six Key Components”: Vision, People, Data, Process, Issues, and Traction. I now teach this system to passionate, leadership teams who are willing to learn and try the approach--which results in faster growth, greater profitability, and rock-solid accountability. I push leaders to uncover and face challenges and weaknesses “head on,” knowing greatness is on the other side of difficulty. And, in every case, they start to ENJOY their work (and their life) more as they experience clarity, control, and results. Business OwnerMillennium Adult Day Care Oct 2015 - Nov 2018Organized a group of investors and raised SBA debt financing to acquire an existing adult-day senior care business in the Twin Cities, operating at two facilities. Researched and completed all licensing requirements with the Department of Human Services in the State of Minnesota. Owned and operated the two facilities as the super majority and only active managing partner.Using EOS, I deployed significant operational improvements across every area of the company, including an almost 100% digitization of day-to-day business processes. Was responsible for all people management (recruiting, employment, retention/engagement, termination), sales and marketing, distribution of care (clinical services, RNs, PTs, etc.), regulatory compliance (department of health, DHS, etc.), customer services/events, and facilities and bus/van fleet management. Built an outstanding team of leaders and caregivers who became unified, healthy, engaged in delivering superior care and contributing to enterprise outcomes that strengthened all our stakeholders. Established profitable partnerships with all major Twin Cities care-coordination agencies and hundreds of individual care managers--to secure and grow referrals and service agreements.
