*Directing all Logistic Operations development through identifying and implementing necessary Policies and Procedures, analysing operational costs and maintain relevant reporting systems to enable adequate monitoring, provide financial insight into business operations.* Preparation of Annual Budgets in line with Company Business Plan and requirements* Manage relationships with 3PL and other service providers, and conduct Quarterly Performance Reviews, Contract Negotiations with Service Providers and manage contract renewals and rate negotiations*Implement and supervise necessary Transportation and Freight requirements of the Company, set Service Level Agreements (SLA) and monitor performance, plan contingency measures and processes to ensure optimal service levels to customers at all times and support sales*Liaise with Auditors for the Annual Audits.*Perform Operational analysis of various tactical initiatives and make recommendations supported by appropriate tools and information, for facilitating decision making process.*Responsible for managing the Supply Chain modules of the ERP system and propose enhancements and changes in processes in line with business requirements.

*Total responsibility for the co-ordination of shipments from routing order to delivery of cargo.*Liaise with agents, lines and the internal sales department to ensure shipments are processed on time.*Proactively communicating to clients the status of their shipment*Responsible for monitoring and escalating any operational deficiencies and propose new processes to improve overall service levels, optimum usage of IT infrastructure to add value to operations at all levels
