 Planned and executed training courses for Sony Mobile both online and offline, including confirm demand with business teams, design and develop courses and testing course before publish, helped Sales, Customer Service, Security team achieved their training goal, improved work efficiency; Managed the E-learning System(Lumesse) of Sony Mobile, responsible for the data sync from SAP to Lumesse, also course management, user management and data analyze; Expert of Human Resource management process, strong in cross function communication; Resolved the problem and issue user got during using system, create and manage user manual and documents, ensure the integration stable between Lumesse and Workday, SAP; Familiar with SaaS(cloud-based) system, such as Workday(Human Resource Management), SalesForce(CRM), Lumesse(Training), Box(File Sharing, Storage, and Collaboration), Concur(Travel and Expense), Taleo(Recruitment), Ipendo(Intellectual Property Management) etc., make sure the systems are in good shape structurally and performance wise.

 Responsible for HRSAP system at Lenovo, include the data management of department tree, onboarding, transfer, personal information of employee, work with Payroll to ensure the stable of system, provide the training of system and process to HRP monthly, keep monitor the integration between HRSAP and MyHR, PeopleSoft; During People Plus Project, responsible for the Human Resource management system switch from HRSAP to Workday, complete data clean up, data dual entry, translation, system integration test, user acceptance test, etc.; Basing on the requirement of different areas, created and managed the new hire process in Workday, responsible for HROA and one-time payment at the same time, meet the goal of data accuracy.

 In charge of expand the channel of recruitment, ensure the interview hold smoothly, responsible for publicity and organize Job Fair on Oct. 2012, won the best performer award because achieve the goal and hard working.
