Act as process designer.1. Focus on new / transferred product to plant. Make the budget and schedule. Manage cooperation between project team member and plant team.2. With design team, review the new product design. Optimize product design during prototype period by FMEA, DFA and other methods.3. Design the production line and tool by Schneider Production System requirement to match the capacity and efficiency.4. Work with subcontractor to prepare automatic equipment or solution to improve the quality and efficiency.

Main responsibilities:1. Follow up the manufacturing. Analize the production issues caused by parts/process quality, design and others.2. Maintain routing for production. Update SAP system according to actual production time and efficiency to keep uniformity between real time and system.3. Update the Bill of Material according to product change information from design team.
