Professional Synopsis:As a VWR Design Engineer my duty is to continuously evaluating the performance of various mining equipment’s of Bradken and reporting for performance and Design improvement as needed. Roles and Responsibility: Scan processing and mesh creation of the FARO terrestrial scanners scan data received from RSM’s in various regions. Creating 3D GA from the Bradken vault in NX for comparing Actual Equipment to the 3D CAD in Polyworks. Continuously inspecting the mining equipment’s in regular interval to analyze and study about wear pattern, which absorbed from Polyworks.Providing Change Out dates to the customers in each and every inspection interval. Performance improvement of the mining Equipment’s by improving the existing design in NX as per the data’s in the Inspection report. Providing Periodical alerts to the customers by deeply studying the scan data received from the RSM. Proficiency in Bradken’s work related sites like Wrike, Resolve & Myosh. Software’s used: UG-NX, Solidworks, Geomagic Design & Control – X, Polyworks

Roles and Responsibility: 3D Scanning Marine Diesel Engine & Gear Box Assembly which were considered as the Master Scan data. Scanning of tear down parts from the Engine and Gear boxes and aligning the tear down scan data to the Master scan to analyze and study about the real time assembly variation. Parametric 3D Reverse modeling of Diesel Engine & Gear box parts from the scan data using Geomagic Design-x. Live transferring Models from Geomagic Design-x to Solidworks for the effective utilization of model while manufacturing. Preparing manufacturing DWG’s for machining and casting purpose using Solidworks & AutoCAD. Controlling manufacturing process by various GD&T techniques. Inspecting Pilot lot of casting components using Non-contact inspection method using Inspect Plus. Introduced techniques to Reverse Helical and Spur Gear of Diesel Engine and Gear boxes using Zeiss Contura CMM to identify the spec of the gear. Analyzing and studying the reports from CMM, Profile projector, Roughness tester, UTM readings. Creating Design modification for improvement of localized spare compared to the imported spare.
