CurrentKeeping a company of 125+ users (Retail, HQ, Remote, and Warehouse Locations) tech running smoothly through our daily operations, overseeing our devices, software, and technology.Additionally being the key tech advisor and leader by team building, implementing company efficiency software and procedures like paperless, collaboration, device management, logistics automation, and project planning which all contributes to the company's growth and continued success.Key Achievements:▪ Support Enterprise Environments for Mac, PC, iOS, and Android Devices▪ Implementing and supporting the Cloud Directory powered by Jumpcloud which supports SSO, MFA, Zero Trust Security for user accounts, apps, and devices both on-prem and remote▪ Implementing and supporting Zero Touch / DEP device enrollment automation models for Mac, PC, Android, and iOS devices▪ Implementing a Secure and easy to enroll BYOD process for Mac, PC, iOS, and Android Devices▪ Managing multiple physical Company locations and sites▪ Implementing EDR / Security for all BYOD and Company Managed Devices▪ Develop companywide ticketing▪ Senior-level mentor to other Tech Department team members, as well as bring them up to speed on the Company Tech Department workflow, solutions, projects, vision, and training to set the department up for consistency, reliability, and efficiency▪ Work directly with software and hardware vendors to deploy innovative IT solutions which meet our current and future business needs.▪ Highly organized with Department Calendars, Project Tracking, and Team Collaboration tools▪ Open to new technology and solutions which could help us reach our goals▪ Building the Tech Department team and solutions with Primitive into what it is today, from the very first day of businessCOVID-19Led our Team through the transition to remote.
