Management of material warehouse operations(inbound, outbound, stocking, repacking, line feeding, sap based systems, barcode operations, truck/milk-run) management spare parts operations, sales and subcontracting operations for internal and external warehouses of 4 Plants (Tumble Dryer, Cooking & Oven, Dish Washer Plants) consisting of 140 blue collar, 4 white collar and 8 team leaders.Budgeting and operational planning of packing materials , all equipments such as forklifts, tuggers, stackers, reach trucks etc. used in the site.Managing WCM processes for 4 Plants, carrying out the leadership role for logistics processes, improving internal and external logistics processes in factories, eliminating processes for NVAA activities.Planning the inventory counts for cycle counts and annual countings, ensuring that they are done, entering the results into the SAP software and presenting them to the senior management.Prepare the annual budgets(Opex, Capex, Equipment, Headcount, Transport) of all warehouses under my responsibility during the budget periods, to get their approvals, to follow them throughout the year and to plan cost-reduction projects for the next year. Taking part in and leading various projects for the more efficient progress of material shipments by keeping in touch with the suppliers.Safeguarding warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.Manpower allocation and planning on daily, monthly and annual bases for different activities.Contract and offer management with suppliers of equipment, transport, consumables, returnable boxes.Responsible for sustainable operations and kaizen(hard/soft saving) projects for logistic operations.(Scrap Reduction, Carbon emission projects, Returnable box implementations)

After Arçelik bought Whirlpool Plant in Manisa, I continued my current job in the same factory.
