Organized field activities and campaign related events. I also maintained relationships with communitygroups and organizations in order to encourage participation in field activities. This resulted in apresence on the ground during the campaign.Created a campaign strategy around a local city council race. I also trained and managed a team ofvolunteers in this process which resulted in a professional and dedicated team of campaign staff.Facilitated the messaging and recruitment of volunteers. I also maintained a database of volunteers andtheir roles and interests. By doing this, the result was a much more organized volunteer strategy.

Identified and researched potential donors for fundraising. This resulted in us out-fundraising ouropponent.Oversaw campaign endorsement questionnaires which were specific on policy resulting in the campaignreceiving endorsements.Organized a system for tracking campaign endorsements which achieved our goals to receive endorsements in a timely manner.Persuaded potential voters to cast their vote through phone banking and in person canvassing.
