To keep All Compressors, Injection molding Machines, Compression Molding Machine (28 mm Plastics Caps)Caps Printing Machine, Sun-Shine Automatic Pet Blowing, Chiller, Cooling Tower Machine Maintenance and its utility in proper working condition. 2. To maintain the M/C maintenance schedule (Electrical & Mechanical) according to the manufacturer suggestion. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly). 3. To check the stock of the spare parts of all machines every week. 4. Planning for purchase of the spare parts on emergency basis to continue production 5. To maintained operator & worker 6. To make the report of M/C Efficiency, M/C Utilization & Productivity measures.
