Prior, David founded DVNO, which built applications promoting content for mobile devices. Subsequent to Navio’s purchase of DVNO, David led business development efforts and strategic alliances for mobile efforts. David has held positions at Verizon Wireless, Uni-Mobile, Advertising.com, Point.com, and Sprint PCS. He has published patents for reverse billing enabling content purchases through alternative billing processes.
