As Managing Partner, my role is to oversee our GGC Operations:At our ADGM operation, I am responsible for all Real Estate Investment activities, which include: Asset Sourcing, Deal-Flow, Market Research and responsible for all Direct Investments including the sourcing of equity participation opportunities within the Real Estate and Construction sector.

- Develop investor confidence and belief in Creed & Bear’s vision and strategies for delivering investors value and yield- Manage equity research and investor relationships throughout the investment cycle- Analyzing and presenting financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact Creed & Bear and our investors- Making sure our investors are up-to date with our asset class and it's market activity as well as our funds and strategies in which they would like to invest in or are invested in

- Drawing on the company’s network and the many years of expertise of its teams, we at KEEL Ventures facilitate investments in maritime assets- Analyzing New Builds / Conversions and building their feasibility (Market Research)- Securing funding for each of KEEL's projects- Building new relationships and maintaining relationship with the current portfolios at KEEL- Sourcing of acquisition / construction / charter opportunities (GCC focus)

- Involved in all aspects of the Crypto fund investment, including manager research, due diligence, investment proposals, reporting, and monitoring- Facilitate hedge fund co-investments, in conjunction with our client's wants and needs within the Crypto sphere

- Fund performance reporting- Regulatory Trading / Transaction Reporting- DACH region client research- In-house fund comparison Analytics- CRM management for new potential clients

-Preparing and reviewing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, operating results-General Cashier -Accounts Payable for Hotel-Insight into Project Development
