I supported development teams of Zboží.cz, Mapy.cz, Firmy.cz, Seznam Email, Sbazar.cz and friends.

I was responsible for development of Zboží.cz. Since July 2017 I also budgeted couches and flat screen TVs for Firmy and Sbazar dev teams.

Software development, mostly network video-related Linux backend things (C/C++). In charge of team of ~6 developers since 2012, responsible for whole SW development since 2014. Managed project priorities, provided reports and estimates, helped with feature design as well as code.• Added video recording capability to what became Koukaam's Network Video Recorder• Converted team of 16 developers working on two main branches from Subversion to git, lowered general frustration from merge tracking from "I hate this"​ to "okay"• Developed a non-universal benchmarking environment to provide meaningful evaluation of product performance• Replaced legacy automation component with Lua, so more customers were able to use it• Introduced regular status updates between various groups so problems could be seen and addressed• Compiled an explanatory document about employee bankruptcy compensation laws when the company went under

Gone through ASP and PHP to minor Django-powered web sites, also made:• VPN provider• A vehicle tracking application using a GPS and modem connected to Asus router
