Introduced new ideas in order to bring new SME lending and deposit products into the market, conduct business, sector and segment research, and develop financial and operational strategies for forecasting product profit and loss.•Developed and launched 'Uddom', a financial solution in partnership with Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) & BRAC Bank, designed to support the ICT sector and aid in the recovery of nearly 2,500 BCS members from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.•Developed 'Probaho', an exclusive financial package for the Bangladesh Association of Call Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) members.•Developed and managed a strategic partnership with the Internet Service Providers Association of Bangladesh (ISPAB), to develop the ISP sector and facilitated market expansion across the country.•Developed and managed 'UDDOKTA 101', a unique business skills development program at BRAC Bank, aimed at empowering emerging women entrepreneurs.

After successful completion of the Management Trainee rotation program, I was absorbed as a credit analyst in the Credit Risk Management Department for the Small Enterprise Financing wing.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assessing overall creditworthiness of prospective SME businesses, identifying risk parameters pertaining to SME enterprises and formulating credit propositions while ensuring efficacious risk minimization.

The Management Trainee program plays a strong role in developing and grooming IDLC’s HR talent pool. The MT program aims to hone and nurture leadership skills among the recruits to groom them for future managerial roles. The program spans over one year and upon completion of a six month cross functional rotation period, the trainees get designated particular job roles based on their proficiency and interest, where they work for another six months to develop required skill sets.
