I'm working at the SAFF Offshore & Onshore Industries Co. which is active in the Oil & Gas fields. Exclusively I focus on the NGL KHARG plant project that It is known as Mega Project in industry. The Sustainable Environmental Pollution Prevention Plant (SE3P) with old name “Kharg NGL Plant” is a grass roots development to minimize flaring of associated gas produced from Kharg island onshore and offshore oil fields. This project consists of leasing the existing facilities and construction of remaining units for gas treatment and separation of Kharg and Bahregan associated gases and selling of heavier than Ethane (C3+) gases for 30 years. The project was auctioned by Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) based on BOT contract.
