As a senior leader in the industrial security department, my overarching responsibility is to drive the transformation of the department in alignment with the vision and objectives of the organization and the Kingdom. This involves developing and implementing strategic objectives and initiatives to ensure that the organization is effectively protected against potential threats and vulnerabilities while maintaining compliance with government requirements, relevant standards, and industry best practices.I also, oversee the management of security personnel, continually improve business processes, and collaborate with various KACST departments and government officials (High Commission for Industrial Security, Public Security, Civil Defence, and Royal Commissions).

Responsible for providing comprehensive and proficient functional support throughout the country in accordance with ABB's Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards. Specialize in areas such as travel risk assessment, event security planning, project security management, incident investigation, and technical and operational security. Additionally, I serve as the Lead Country Security Manager for Yemen, where I am accountable for supervising all security operations and initiatives. Active member on several regional and country HSE & Security Boards, where I represent the security interests of the organization.

As a senior leader in the Industrial Security Department, I facilitated organizational security by implementing government requirements, relevant standards, and industry best practices. I managed multiple divisions including Security Operations, Investigations, Government Coordination, and Technical Support. I championed department strategy, administered budgets, and revamped technical competencies. I pioneered the security lethal weapons program and led the HSSE risk register for enterprise risk management. As incident commander, I took responsibility for security incidents and served on corporate committees including COVID-19 and HSSE.

Managed industrial security services, providing prompt incident response and expert security consultation. Mentored team members across Security Systems, Control Center, and Visitor Office, while contributing to the development of security plans, policies, programs, and operating instructions. Conducted security audits to identify physical security, staff safety, and asset protection risks. Ensured sufficient resource availability for all security department responsibilities.

As a senior leader in the Fire Protection Department, I oversaw the development and deployment of the department, emergency response plan, and preparedness programs to protect people, property, and the environment from fire incidents. I supervised the Fire Chief Office, Operations, and Intervention Teams, providing guidance on policies and best practices for continuous improvement. Additionally, I coordinated personnel availability, fitness programs, technical training, and leadership competencies. I also administered the asset management program for fixed fire systems, trucks, and emergency equipment. Furthermore, I managed department business planning and capital projects, successfully filling three leadership positions.

Oversaw security technical team, providing guidance, setting standards, and developing procedures in accordance with YASREF standards. Played a key role in establishing the YASREF industrial security department, including designing and managing maintenance plans for security systems. Commissioned integrated security systems projects for YASREF facilities, ensuring compliance with government and ARAMCO standards. Generated security analysis reports based on national and international standards, including HCIS SEC directives. Produced technical assessment reports with informed recommendations.
