- Floats Tender Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Information (RFI).- Issue Stander, Blanket Agreement (BPA) and Purchase Order (POs) through the system (ERP Oracle Cloud).- Prepare and Monitor Standard, Frame Agreements, Commercial, Sponsorships MoMs & Contracts with managing contract amendments and closeout.- Negotiating Contract Terms and Conditions, Including Pricing, Delivery Schedules, Performance Metrics, and Dispute Resolution Mechanisms.- Responsible for the Entire Procurement Process from Floating, Evaluation and Awarding with executing Day-to-Day Procurement Functions, Analyse Market Conditions.- Developing Procurement Strategies that are Inventive and Cost Effective.- Arrange Workshops, Site Visits and Kick-Off Meetings.- Prepare and Handling Weekly and Monthly Reports.- Handle Vendors Registration and evaluate them With EU.- Monitoring and Forecasting Upcoming Levels of demand.
