- Prepare to develop both of small or large scale of renewable energy power in Eastern Area in Indonesia;- Manage and maintain the project development of the Eastern Area in Indonesia;- Manage and maintain permit related to wind farm / solar project development process, i.e Location Permitting, PKKPR, etc. - Assist and support project in the Eastern Area in Indonesia regarding to necessary permit for wind farm or solar project;- Maintain relationship with the local stakeholders in the Eastern Area in Indonesia, include local land owners, local governments, and other related local / provincial stakeholders;- Supervise other departments such as the assigned land acquisition or CSR team to maintain relationship with related stakeholders in the Eastern area in Indonesia;- Assist and support the forestry compliance in the Eastern Area in Indonesia, such as IPPKH (Izin Pinjam Pakai Kawasan Hutan), Borrow-Used Permit, Watershed Rehabilitation;- Assist and support the survey permit for resources, include monitor company asset located in Forestry Area.

- Working collaboratively with Development Managers or others Land Managers to assist Manager Land and Forestry role in obtaining and maintaining the Borrow and User Permit for the development of UPC projects across Indonesia; - Liaise with the Related Forestry Agencies in Regency and Provincial Level, land users, community and other relevant stakeholders for the forestry permitting;- Work closely with land team to Identify and calculate against of affected community assets, negotiate with land users and land owner by involving stakeholders- Assist and support the land acquisition process of relevant project area;- Prepare document application for the Forest Borrow and Use Permits (IPPKH), government recommendation, technical recommendation, status analysis and function of forest area
