Retail Technology Research Project – Golrang Industrial Group Collaborated with Dr. Ranjbar, Director of Strategic Studies and Development at Kourosh Investment Group, on a comprehensive research project focused on the intersection of technology and the retail industry. This initiative aimed to explore cutting-edge technological solutions for retail, mapping their relevance across customer journeys and forecasting their impact on the future of retail. Through meticulous analysis, we categorized emerging technologies and evaluated their applicability in various retail formats, using frameworks like the Gartner Hype Cycle. This approach enabled us to identify and prioritize high-value technologies that could enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The findings culminated in actionable insights and a curated list of retail-focused technologies, tailored to different business models, from traditional brick-and-mortar stores to omni-channel ecosystems. This project not only expanded my expertise in retail innovation but also honed my skills in strategic analysis, research methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic industrial setting.
