• Program Strategy - Define the vision, roadmap, and priorities of the Accelerator program.• Scouting & Recruitment - Recruit teams from across ING. Scout and match startups that are aligned with business challenges, also manage the recruitment activities to onboard teams into the program.• Program Operations - Stakeholder management, event management, prepare training schedule, supplier management, and communications for the program.• Team Coaching - Coach innovation teams and startups on various aspects throughout the program.
