I have been working for quality management in industry area for more than 20 years. Be good at customer quality management, project quality management, manufacturing quality management and supplier quality management.(1).Familiar with ISO9001, TS16949, 5S, 6δ, lean manufacturing, GB150, ASME; be able to establish comprehensive quality management system based on ISO9001 and TS16949; register certification of industry regulation and code; set up quality objectives and make quality plan, establish KPI dashboard, monitor KPI of different sites; drive continuous improvement with group worldwide entities.(2).Have good experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA,MSA,SPC, and familiar with project management. Be able to establish robust quality assurance processes.(3).Be able to set up strict quality control processes such as incoming quality control, in-process quality control, outgoing quality control, conduct quality lab management and calibration management, prepare inspection procedure, define quality criteria; make sampling plan; handle customer complaint, provide customer service.(4).Familiar with ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and risk management; be able to establish integrated management system including quality, EHS，risk and other company activities through process approach.(5).Familiar with the quality assurance processes for trimmer, hedge trimmer, chainsaw, blower, air separator equipment, pressure vessel, refrigerator, air conditioner, automotive cable assembly, cable and wire, plug and connector, PCB and other metal& electronic device &parts. Ever served Air Liquide, Electrolux, Leggett& Platt.
