Managing fulfillment center (FC) workflow for multiple Amazon buildings across the US and Canada. This included management of settings to establish and maintain a steady workflow of units throughout the building, headcount/rate planning using Amazon shift planning software by period, risk tracking and solving risk where needed.Running multiple web and MS Excel tools for reporting in a fast-paced environment, while being an advisor to the fulfillment center, which includes the Senior Operations team. Reports to management include, but not limited to: forecasting risk for current and future shifts, making recommendations to increase capacity(headcount) in paths that show forecasted risk, re-allocating customer units to other buildings in the network during mechanical events causing longer downtime, and bridging the root cause(s) for misses throughout the shift.Overseeing the chat rooms for 5 FC’s in their Outbound department chats, assisting leads as their primary contact, handling site planning escalations and approvals, and bridging communications to our department’s senior leadership.Trained/developed multiple veteran and new hire flow leads via in-person and virtual interactions and utilizing MS PowerPoint where necessary, and was recognized by leadership for establishing a solid learning process, empowering leads provide the very best site support.
