Responsibilities:• Extracting orders from website and aligning them with repository.• Creating, managing, and updating a centralized repository for colleagues to view and check the status of customer orders, remaining available stocks, and total sales.• Organizing and packaging customer orders to prepare for delivery.• Managing the website, including updating the status of customer orders (paid/cancelled/refunded/fulfilled) and available stocks on website, and respond to customer inquiries.

• Provided storage and backup engineering support.• Delivered automated, cost-effective, performant, secure, and highly available storage and data protection solutions through continuous innovation.• Worked in a Scaled Agile Framework within the organization.Student Industrial Project:• Developed a web portal for Storage Reservation where users can add, edit, and view their project capacity reservations stored in our own centralized SQL repository for more control over the data to use for automation.• The purpose of Storage Reservation is to keep track of the capacity that has been provisioned as any project progresses along the way.• Created and designed a Power BI dashboard using the same repository as the data source so that users can view their existing reservations in a more visualized manner to be able to make informed decisions for capacity forecasting to prevent performance degradation.• This project has successfully transitioned from SharePoint listing to a centralized repository which enables the organization to streamline operations, automate processes, and make informed decisions based on reliable and accessible data.
