I majored in mechanical Engineering at Khulna University of Engineering & Technology and have around Four and half years of experience working as a Senior sales Engineer in Substation & Busbar Trunking System Division.My experience includes performing general office duties such as answering phones, processing new service requests, handling customer inquiries and complaints while displaying a professional image of the company at all times. Interacting with customers, up-selling products and conducting follow-ups with clients in a timely manner is part of my training as well.My skills include being computer literate in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word and similar computer programs and I have the ability to learn new software when necessary.
