• Liaise with production manager, salesperson, site supervisor, and customer to ensure design and engineering requirements are satisfied.• Assist with Planning and organizing of production schedules and trade allocations.• Complete materials take-offs and full costing prior to development approval submission.• Liaise and follow up with private certifier and council to ensure approval is acquired.• Place materials orders and document any variations as required.• Draw design drawing for development approval and working drawing for construction.

• Design of swimming pool, fountains, artificial lakes, and underground tanks.• Prepare shop drawing and submit them to the consultant.• Attend concrete pouring and make necessary quality tests.• Analysis soil reports and validate its data according to building code and use it in design criteria.• Attend meeting with consultants and main contractors to discuss design system.• Study architectural drawings to produce structural design drawings.• Plan the project timeline schedule and calculate required cash flow.• Prepare construction method statement for all civil activities.• Review quotation and compare it with project cost before approving them.• Prepare monthly interim payment certificate and submit it to consultant and clients.• Supervise the work progress at site and execute activities as per planned method statement.

• Design and review the structural system with technical office engineers.• Set out project coordinates with site surveyor using total station.• Calculate bill of quantity and estimate project cost with technical office team.• Spot any conflicts between structural, architectural and MEP drawings andsuggest solutions in form of RFI to the consultant or client.• Produce shop drawings to facilitate smooth workflow in site.• Attend concrete pouring and make necessary quality tests.• Check compliance of steel work in accordance with structural drawings.• Prepare RFI, IR, VR to consultant and attend site check with them.• Maintain safe and clean environment at workplace.• Develop and monitor construction plans and work schedules.• Prepare method statements and work procedures.• Maintain work schedule timeline and execute activities in timely fashion.• Verify executed levels of all elements as per architectural drawing using dummy level machine.
