  As a Structural Engineer at Quest Global, I am responsible for delivering solutions to assess the structural integrity of mechanical components. My work primarily serves customers in the aerospace and energy sectors. Due to the results obtained, I have been recognized as a Top Employer for the fiscal years 2022 and 2023.• Leader of R&D Activities developed for SIAD Macchine Impianti.• Conducted static, modal, thermal, and harmonic analysis of mechanical components for reciprocating compressors using Ansys. I have been involved in the design of cylinder heads, pistons, cylinder liners, and compressor skids.• Developed customized calculation tools in MATLAB and Excel to predict compressor performance, enhancing the design process efficiency.• Created Ansys APDL macros for SIAD Macchine Impianti, reducing calculation and structural assessment time up to 80%.• Performed structural assessments of static parts for helicopter transmissions on behalf of Avio Aero, managing the design from preliminary to final while adhering to strict deadlines.• Executed static, dynamic (modal and frequency response), fatigue (HCF and LCF), and damage tolerance (DT) analyses on large FEA models (5+ millions of elements).• Supported Baker Hughes in the structural assessment of a new class of axial expanders during the preliminary design phase, successfully advancing the project within the scheduled timeframe.
