Strategic Program Manager (Portfolio)
CurrentActing in a Portfolio Director capacity, establish governance and structure for large Portfolio/Programs that enable success for a client’s business objectives. A trusted partner to the client ensuring strategies and reporting are in place to measure success across the enterprise. Establish and implement a global communication plan that incorporates strong stakeholder management and RACI clarity to ensure consistency in messaging, resulting in a comprehensive understanding for all parties. Create a culture of customer service and continuous improvement through leadership, consistency, mentoring, and coaching team members. Strong involvement in the pre-sales effort, which can include identifying opportunities, estimating revenue/cost, and participating in Statement of Work creation. Established client confidence through quick analysis of communication gaps and providing a clear presentation of situations and decisions that must be made to move forward. Willingness to have crucial conversations regarding risk and issue mitigation planning as a proactive measure to support Portfolio/Program success and customer objectives. Valued partner with account teams to drive success in pre-sales activities and grow business/pipeline with clients. Increased Top line Sales revenue 64.44% year over year in a strategic account.
