In my role, I lead and support our PMO, Auto Operations, Data & Analytics, Process Improvement and strategic projects that modernize the business for both internal and external clients. My team supports the various customer facing business units, by driving transformational change and improvements to strengthen results, reduce friction, and free up capacity.

I built and ran a national insurance brokerage that provides all types of insurance products to Canadians. Our platform allows iQ to leverage technology and provide an engaging customer sales experience when they purchase their insurance products. From inception, iQ has leveraged technology and a sales culture to grow organically its insurance portfolio. iQ is a great story with many chapters still to be written as it expands and grows nationally.

I joined Brinco and IQ as employee number one and have been building the infrastructure and sales channel to deliver to mortgage brokers a fantastic insurance sales experience. All while creating the desire to use our creditor insurance and personal and commercial insurance products to help mortgage customers obtain the insurance products they need. I oversee all aspects of the business including: -Strategy development and roll out -Finance -Marketing tactics and channel management -Sales management -Operations, -HR -Partner Relations In my role, I am accountable for the financial performance of the companies to our share holders. As well I ensure our broker partners are fully engaged in using our products and services and growing our brand nationally.
