The sample was fabricated by electron beam lithography and dry etching in SOI wafer, with a feature height of 400 nm.doi.org/10.7566/JPSJ.91.084401Research Interests: Semiconductor nanostructures, Optics, Photonic Dirac cones, Topological Photonic Crystals, Optical WaveguidesI specialize in the design, fabrication, and characterization of periodic nanostructures as optical waveguides. I study light-matter interactions at the nano-scale in engineered environments and work towards radiation control using ordered photonic structures.Core skills :Design methods: semi-analytical methods of material analysis in optical frequencies using FEM.Skilled in nanofabrication: Electron Beam lithography, dry etching methods, intricate layouts in auto-CAD, and large PhC array fabrication.Specialized optical characterization: Angle-resolved FT-IR reflection spectroscopyNanofabrication characterizations: Ellipsometry, cross-sectional-SEM, IV-CV characterization of thin filmsDeposition techniques: PECVD, RF sputtering, ALD and thermal evaporation.Physics calculation aid: COMSOL, C++, MATLABVisualization tools: OriginPro, Auto-CAD, MATLAB
