I manage all the orders of marketing materials of the Denver Art Museum along with tracking their budget and ensuring that our orders are well managed and on schedule. This includes anything outside of the gallery doors: elevators, doors, windows, bridges, garage banners, street banners, etc. We keep a timeline of when things go up and come down, manage around any last minute date changes and ensure that the museum campus is always up to date aesthetically.

When I began working at the Denver Art Museum I was a gallery host that supervised our touring and stationary exhibitions plus engaged in casual research of the art our establishment holds. While working as a host I had the pleasure of interacting with various museum visitors, engaging with their interest and overall learning a new story every-time. My time hosting also brought great opportunities to train multiple of my coworkers in hosting and to later on meet my now manager while on the floor. Hosting brought me a plethora of opportunities to meet new people and collect more insight into the day to day of a museum that I now apply in my coordination job!

I was manning a 10+ arm screen printing machine for about 7 months and then spent the other month working as an art prep within the warehouse. Most of my labor included moving paints around, running the machine and timely producing upwards of 200 apparel prints an hour and rigorously comparing art to ensure a perfect product for our customers.

This was a product of my Student-Run Campaign class at the University of South Florida. Throughout this course, I was in charge of researching the target audience, creating data reports for surveys, created an ad proposal, and oversaw the overall creative content to create an end of the semester social media calendar for each client.

Was in charge of organizing the floor shelves and managing the cash register during rush hour and busy black Friday/Christmas season. Dealt with cleaning the store during both the opening and closing of the store and designed shelving plans for future seasons.

Created multiple slideshows for presentations about new artists that were showcased in the museum. Frequently contacted newspapers and magazines for museum exhibit exposure and attended meetings for developing new projects within the museum.

Was a seasonal employee of the pizzeria since I am in Tampa, while working I would be in charge of taking customers orders, writing them down, and giving instructions to the kitchen on what needed to be made while also running the food in my designated station of the restaurant.
